Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Our commitment

Salama Solutions, operating as Just My Type, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of a minor, sexual extortion, trafficking, or any other sexual exploitation of children. These standards apply to our website, mobile app, WhatsApp experience, in-app chat, and all related services.

Adults-only service

Just My Type is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly allow children to create or use an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a child, we will promptly disable the account and handle associated information in accordance with applicable law and our legal obligations.

Prohibited conduct and content

Users must not use Just My Type to:

• create, share, request, store, promote, or distribute CSAM or sexualised content involving a child;
• groom, solicit, exploit, extort, traffic, or arrange sexual contact with a child;
• misrepresent age or identity to contact or target a child; or
• help another person commit, conceal, or encourage any form of CSAE.

Reporting a concern

Members can report a user from the in-app Report feature. Anyone may also report a suspected CSAE concern to contact@justmytype.online. Do not send or attach suspected CSAM by email. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.

Our response

We review child-safety reports promptly. When we identify or reasonably suspect a violation, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report the matter to law enforcement, child-safety organisations, or other authorities as required by applicable law. We cooperate with lawful requests and take reasonable steps to prevent repeat abuse.
