You can request deletion of your Just My Type account, active profile, preferences, wallet balance, connections, contact reveals, and associated chat conversations. Some information may be retained where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Optional: Delete via WhatsApp

If you have connected WhatsApp, you can also delete the active records associated with your account by opening the Just My Type thread and sending:

/delete

We may need to verify a request and retain limited records where the law allows or requires it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
